Mixed Pulao

Need things:- 250 gms Basmati Rice,75 gms.Carrots,60 gms Ghee ,salt taste/ lawan 50 gms.sukamel 50 gms 3 cups fresh water that`s all. Preparation Method:- Clean and wash rice ,cut carrots. Heat ghee in cooker body add cut carrots salt ,lawan ,sukamel and and fry 2-3 minutes and add rice add fresh water closer lid place cooker on maximum heat .Bring to full cooking pressure. Reduce to medium hear and cook for 3 minutes and open after releasing steam pressure. Thank you very much.
