Amala Pickle

Need things:- 1/2 Amalea ,salt 1 spoonful,Green chili 50 gram, moister oil 1 big spoonful, Gira 25 gram ,yellow powder,dust sarsu. That`s all.                                                                                                                                                                                     Making Method:- First of all wash Amala need and clean and then keep on the presser cooker and heat  one or two cite then after 10 minute cool the heat then open the cooker and  keep kadae in the heat put on the moister oil and put on the Gira on kadae 15 second and keep on the Amala   in kadae and keep salt ,yellow powder ,green chili  and fry  brown colour  then  put out in the kadae  .After 15 minute keep on the bottle  Ready to eat.Wow how tasty Amala pickle .
