Fish pickle

Need things:- 100 gram. dry fish,Tomato 200 gram ,Garlic 500 gram.,Onion 100 gram.,Green Dania 50 gram ,Moister oil 2 big spoonful Jira 25 gram , salt 1/2 spoonful,yellow powder 1/2 spoonful that's all.                                                                                                                        Preparation Method :- first of all  dry fish ,Tomato ,Green Dania wash need and clean then heat moister oil in the kadae (pan) and keep in the jira on the kadae then keep on the fish  and warm deep heat and when look brown colour then keep tomato   Garlic Onion salt yellow powder  all keep in the kadae and cook 15 minute then keep out and put on the big Boole  and keep on the Green Dania  .Ready to eat .Wow how testy  tomato pickle. Amala Pickle

Need things:- 1/2 Amalea ,salt 1 spoonful,Green chili 50 gram, moister oil 1 big spoonful, Gira 25 gram ,yellow powder,dust sarsu. That`s all.                                                                                                                                                                                     Making Method:- First of all wash Amala need and clean and then keep on the presser cooker and heat  one or two cite then after 10 minute cool the heat then open the cooker and  keep kadae in the heat put on the moister oil and put on the Gira on kadae 15 second and keep on the Amala   in kadae and keep salt ,yellow powder ,green chili  and fry  brown colour  then  put out in the kadae  .After 15 minute keep on the bottle  Ready to eat.Wow how tasty Amala pickle . Mixed Pulao

Need things:- 250 gms Basmati Rice,75 gms.Carrots,60 gms Ghee ,salt taste/ lawan 50 gms.sukamel 50 gms 3 cups fresh water that`s all. Preparation Method:- Clean and wash rice ,cut carrots. Heat ghee in cooker body add cut carrots salt ,lawan ,sukamel and and fry 2-3 minutes and add rice add fresh water closer lid place cooker on maximum heat .Bring to full cooking pressure. Reduce to medium hear and cook for 3 minutes and open after releasing steam pressure. Thank you very much.

Need things:-500 gms.Mutton,250gms.Onion,100 gms.Tomatoes,Green Chillies,1/2 Teaspoon turmetic,1/3 cup water.100 gms.Curd,Garlic that`s all, Preparation Method:- Clean and wash mutton Grind onions, garlic,ginger green chillies pest and cut tomatoes.and heat ghee in cooker body brown onion,ginger ,garlic,green chillies add mutton,curd, tomatoes whole garam masala, salt and fry meat till liquite dries up and add water and close lid andfull heat till ,full cooking pressure comes andreduce to medium heat andcook for 10 minutes allow cookerto cool gradually and open and keep in the bouall ready to eat. thankyou verymuch.
